
With a deep knowledge in both agriculture and the milk industry, Luc Carbillet built up a solid experience in top management -including ten years abroad- within global companies :
all leaders in international food industries.
He was instrumental in the foundation of the franco-finnish joint venture Chamtor, -between Champagne Céréales and Cultor- a company presently on the verge of becoming the 1st European vegetal biorefinery and substantially contributed to the market launch of the 1st Hollywood sugarfree confectionery in France - currently 90% market share.
Trilingual, nutrition engineer and executive MBA HEC, member of Argos Team Conseil, he started his economic development consulting activities in 2003 in the Nord Pas de Calais region.
In partnership with Alain Herman, he currently advises companies and public organisations involved in sustainable activities aimed at minimizing climate change.

Graduate Engineer ‘Arts & Métiers’, Alain Herman initially served as a commercial engineer at IBM France. Then he created a consulting company 'Arts & Métiers de l’Industrie’ that he managed until 2006 before becoming an independent consultant and partner with Luc CARBILLET within LLCA Consulting.
Improving the performance of industrial firms (international Groups and SMEs), public organisations and administrations are the main results of his missions. His interventions apply to strategy, corporate structures, management, organizational processes and management tools, including information systems.
Alongside with his business, Alain Herman has been elected in Le Touquet Paris-Plage and in the ‘Communité de Communes Mer & Terres d’Opale’ from 2001 to 2008 with a delegation responsibility for economic development.
Since 2007, issues of climate change and their consequences on the economy and companiy development are the heart of his consulting activities.
